In 2018 this residence went under a major upgrade.  We took the entire 2nd floor off the home and rebuilt a new home with an addition on top of the existing 1st floor.  The home was designed to capture views from all of the principle rooms.  The open concept living and kitchen had incredible views.  One of the highlights was the large picture windows in the dining room that captured beautiful sunrises and flooded the home with light.
The home featured 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, including 2 separate living areas and a triple car garage.  The entire addition was built to 2018 building code and featured high end finishing’s such as oversized solid doors, high end appliances and custom finishing work throughout.
At the time of completion, this home sold for one of the highest sale prices in Dean Park for a house of it’s size.
