Meet the Wolf Pack
Kyle - Owner / Principal
Kyle is born and raised in Victoria and is a 2nd generation home builder. He grew up on job sites and has had a passion for construction from an early age. With a strong business background, Kyle has done everything from renovating his own homes to developing properties before shifting to custom homes and renovations. Prior to White Wolf, Kyle worked alongside his brother and grew a manufacturing business to a market leader in the Victoria area which still operates today under his brother’s leadership. At White Wolf, Kyle’s actively involved in all his job sites ensuring a high standard is met for budget, timeline and quality
Ashley - Owner / Business Manager
Ashley is the unicorn of White Wolf – often not believed to exist, she functions very heavily in the background and is the true champion of White Wolfs success. Her intense passion for business and extreme attention to detail are paramount to where the company is today. Prior to White Wolf, Ashley worked in the dental world where she managed and grew multiple dental clinics in the Alberta and BC Area – as White Wolf grew, she left the dental industry to work alongside Kyle to ensure the companies success as we grew. Ashley is no stranger to a challenge is known in our business for her dedication to perfection.
Jeff - Site Supervisor
Jeff joined White Wolf Homes as a seasoned Site Supervisor, with nearly 20 years experience in the role. His vast construction knowledge and experience has become a major asset for the team. Jeff’s approach to site supervision is direct, and extremely detail focused. Jeff has become a leader in the company, from teaching our younger carpenter’s best practices, to helping our management team with executing complex projects.
Elliot - Project Manager
Elliot is often found behind the scenes keeping the team at White Wolf Homes organized. Elliot has a vast knowledge on client relations, budgeting, and business organization. Elliot has worked many years on high-end luxury homes in the Victoria area and developed his construction knowledge both on site and in the office. Elliot is a whiz in project management and coordination, is highly respected by the trades, and holds a high standard for budgeting, client satisfaction, and communication. He is a key member of our management team.
Ed - Site Supervisor
Ed is a seasoned Site Superintendent and Senior Residential Construction Manager with over 25 years in home building. He has overseen the successful completion of 1,800+ homes across custom and production projects, guiding builds from start to finish with a steady focus on quality, safety, and schedule. Ed is known for strong on-site leadership, coordinating trades and suppliers, maintaining building code compliance, and solving challenges quickly to keep projects moving forward. Detail-driven and client-focused, he takes pride in delivering high-quality homes that exceed expectations.
Karen - Office Manager
Karen is the backbone of White Wolf Homes’ office operations. With over 15 years of experience in office management, executive support, and administrative coordination, she keeps the team running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for streamlining processes and boosting efficiency, Karen brings calm organization to busy days and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. She’s a trusted point of support for both leadership and the wider Wolfpack, helping projects and people stay on track.
Tyler - Site Supervisor
Tyler is an experienced construction professional with over 21 years in the industry, specializing in custom home building. Beginning his career in high-end fine finish carpentry, he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship and a meticulous attention to detail that continues to define his work today.
He is highly engaged in the day-to-day operations of each project, working closely with clients to ensure their vision is carried through from concept to completion. Known for his hands-on leadership and practical expertise, he excels at solving complex construction challenges, guiding carpenters and trade partners, and maintaining quality throughout every phase of the build.
Detail-oriented and team-focused, he takes pride in collaborating with both clients and crews to deliver exceptional custom homes that reflect thoughtful planning, precision, and care.
Bobby - Project Manager
Bobby brings project management and business ops expertise to White Wolf Homes. Hailing from a family of builders, Bobby has been around construction his whole life. He previously managed projects for Spruce & Steel Homes (custom and spec) in Vancouver before relocating to Victoria in 2022. Bobby is a natural "fixer" who is best known for keeping projects moving forward with momentum. Equal parts client and field-focused, Bobby brings steady leadership style to the job site, drawing on his daily practice of Stoic philosophy to deliver a calm and organized experience for every build.
